PRESENTATION

DESCRIPTION

The LAFFI PARTS Cartridge Filter Elements line is available in the following versions: Melt Blown-Smooth, Melt Blown-grooved or in versions: coiled, pleated or in Hi-flow format.

 

Whatever your need, we offer these versions of high-efficiency, high-solids filtering cartridges at a low cost:

CARTRIDGE MODELS

  • SMOOTH: Excellent for retaining gelatinous or deformable contaminants and for filtering gases.

 

  • GROOVED: External grooves that increase the filtration area and the retention capacity of the particles.

  • COILING: Helical weaving of polypropylene or cotton threads in a PP or Stainless Steel core, ensuring excellent retention capacity with excellent filtration performance.

​

  • HIGHFLOW: Polypropylene structure, polyester filter media

​

  • PLEATED: Ends in galvanized carbon steel, filter media on filter paper or polyester.

Operating Temperature:
60˚C (Melt Blown / PP)

120˚C (Coiled cotton with stainless steel core)


Chemical compatibility:

Inorganic product, inert, does not decompose, does not deteriorate creating migratory paths, does not contaminate the product to be filtered and excellent chemical compatibility with numerous products.

 

Degree of filtration provided:

1µ to 100µ
